And thankfully, so it ends. Action was quiet a bit better for the end of this series. Pretty sound finish. A couple surprises in there. Kind think they missed a great line in there. "Vengenge is mine saith the Ward". Lol.

Not the best of the Netflix shows, but I'm not sure it deserves all the bad stuff I heard about it before watching it. It was a little slow to get going, but the last third of the season was solid.

I am with you there, I cannot understand the hate this series has gotten so far. It is not that utterly bad. Yes some slow moments and mediocre acting by some actors but it was still decent and enjoyable.
The best "players" for me were Colleen and Harold (and Claire ofc). It is a little sad that I count the protagonist among the worse ones...hope he is/gets better in Defenders but I doubt it

Unfortunately, I think this show does deserve the hate. Itís not terrible, I enjoyed a bunch of the episodes, but overall itís just mediocre. It doesnít have any of the style of Luke Cage or the personality of Jessica Jones or the great supporting cast of Daredevil.

Rosario Dawson was awesome as always, but I thought this show made the worst use of her character - sheís been the moral center of the Netflix MCU, who keeps the people with superpowers grounded. She should not be fighting the Hand in China using tiger claws.

From episode 1 to episode 13, almost nothing Joy Meachum did made any sense to me. I thought Harold and Gao were great, and Bakuto was fine, but they didnít do nearly enough to show us how his version of the Hand was different from Gaoís.

And finally, Danny was a terrible protagonist. Heís a brat who was given incredible power and wealth but ignored every responsibility he was entrusted with simply because heís impulsive and has no idea what he really wants. All of the Netflix MCU heroes are lost or conflicted to some extent, but none as badly as Danny and he doesnít seem to grow up over the course of this season. I hope they can do something much better with him for Season 2.
