I can see people giving this less than 5 and the weird 80s sci fi undertones were a bit off putting at times but I still loved it. Immigrant song was up there with guardians for music choice. And Taiki Waititi as a revolutionary, kiwi talking pile of rocks is hilarious. Good luck new Doug

Next to the original Avengers, this might me my second favorite movie. Well put together. Great stuff. The interactions between Thor, Loki, and Hulk are spot on. Also liked the reference to turning Thor into a frog during the play.

Valkyrie: This team of yours, it got a name?
Thor: Yeah, it's called the... uh... Revengers!

Quinjet Computer: Welcome. Voice activation required.
Thor: Thor.
Quinjet Computer: Access denied.
Thor: Thor, God of Thunder.
Quinjet Computer: Access denied.
Thor: Son of Odin.
Quinjet Computer: Access denied.
Thor: Strongest Avenger.

Thor: Strongest Avenger!
Quinjet Computer: Access denied.

Thor: Damn you, Stark. Point Break.
Quinjet Computer: Welcome, Point Break.

The problem is, I've given so many things four or five stars at this point that the reasonable rating to give to this one is, *counts it out on my fingers* twelve stars.

Before watching this, I heard rumors this was the worst of the three Thor films. Clearly the rumors were unfounded!

Some people criticized this movie because it wasn't serious enough when it needed to be. Honestly, I adore this movie. In my opinion this movie is pure FUN. The action scenes looked amazing, all of the jokes where funny, the music was great, and the character interactions were fantastic. I'd say that this is my 3rd favorite MCU movie, right after The Avengers and GOTG
